Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery in the US for free shipping, and anything over 100 dollars please allow 5 days of processing time. All items are from China and shipped from there. Low priced items have free shipping, while higher priced items have some shipping and handling. For orders more than $50.00 using Shopify payments, please add 1 - 3 days of processing time. Instant Paypal transactions do not need the processing time. Tracking numbers will be sent via email as soon as an order is gotten and we will get them on your product so you'll know exactly when it is coming. For the US, we use US postal service. We also deliver anywhere in the world except for China.
Shipping charges will never be a lot. We won't say something is free shipping and then make the profit on the difference. We would rather charge a fair price for the item and keep the shipping low. The breakdown in shipping, is that over $50.00 US Dollars shipping is free, unless you choose to use epacket, which is a quicker 8 -20 day delivery for a small charge. Look for variants on items with total cost with shipping. So if your in checkout and get to shipping, with regular shipping, if it's under $50.00 click the free shipping and you won't be charged, only the price for your purchase. Over $50.00, we reserve the right to charge a small shipping fee, subject to change,. We will strive to make the shipping charge even for expensive items as low as possible, however.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in fair condition (we don’t require you not try it on) and as close to the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This excludes shoes as we know sometimes it takes a bit to see if they are comfortable.
Returns are to be sent to suite 133 Tutu Mall, Pmb 543, St Thomas, USVI 00802. This is a big step as we finally have an address for returns.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the designated address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
